Oak Hill Fit Camp

Tell me about the class.  Starting July 3rd we will be offering a new bootcamp-style class!  Each full-body 45-min workout will incorporate the following in every class:

  • Core work
  • High intensity interval training and/or endurance training
  • Strength training and toning

Varying the movements, time domains and work capacity will yield maximum results QUICKLY!  This class is ideal for:

  • Weight loss  
  • General fitness
  • Strengthening/ toning
  • Those who are bored with current/previous workout regimes!

 

How is it different from other bootcamps? 

  1. Shorter class time:  Get your full-body workout in just 45 minutes!
  2. Not just dumbbells: we incorporate a variety of equipment to keep things fun and exciting including bands, kettlebells, row machines, and much more.  *No barbells will be used.
  3. Large workout space: versus parking lot or field, we offer a spacious 6000 sq. ft. warehouse space that houses us from rain and shine.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 10:15-11:00 am  Class Schedule 
  • CrossFit Oak Hill-   5446 Hwy. 290 W (Behind Donut Taco Palace)
  • *There will not be CrossFit classes going on during this class time*

 

Financial Commitment:  $155 monthly fee ($12.91 per class) set up on auto draft.  Current CrossFit Oak Hill Members may purchase 5-pass punchcard for $49.  Click Here to sign up
