Our fundamentals course is designed to take anyone and everyone through the basic movements of CrossFit. Each day you will learn new skills and movements used in daily CrossFit classes. These skills are the foundation of CrossFit and will be your base as you become stronger and better at CrossFit.
The fundamentals course begins the 1st Monday of every month. Participants will meet for 6 classes, held Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30pm for 3 weeks. Each class will be approximately one hour and will include a workout in addition to skill instruction. Then participants will be invited to participate in 1 week of regular classes.
